RESERVATIONS: We require payment in full at time of reservation.  When reserving 8 weeks or more in advance then  a deposit of ½ down at time of reservation is required and other ½  is payable no less than 2 weeks before arrival date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: We have three options.
1. We will make every effort to reschedule your visit at another time within 6 months of reserved date.
2. You may transfer it to another party.
3. If we can rent your reserved dates to another party we will refund the deposit. There will be a $50 cancellation fee. We will make every effort to reschedule your dates for another party however, if it is cancelled 2 weeks or less before scheduled dates and we cannot rent to another party there will be no refund.

The clean smells and sweet sounds of crickets, song birds, frogs and the river helped to make our vacation magical and relaxing. The river was always so chilled and stocked with wildlife that we sounded like kids on the Fourth of July "oohhing and aahhing" over what we found. The Black river is my favorite MO river. I hope to return next summer."
